Inspired by her love for cosplay ("cos"), Chris's daughter, Scarlett, suggested a business idea that would bring this magical atmosphere back to their hometown. Combining this with the family's passion for baked goods ("cakes"), the concept was born.

A One-of-a-Kind Experience

Coscakes offers a whimsical space adorned with monthly-rotating anime themes and decor. Customers are encouraged to embrace their inner cosplayers while indulging in fresh-made taiyaki, ice cream, and pastries.

All recipes are made from scratch, including their red bean paste, a staple in Asian desserts. This commitment to quality and detail sets Coscakes apart from competitors, along with the unique fantasy world customers experience. They also delve into American characters from various comics franchises and give discounts to those who come dressed according to the monthly theme.

Inspired by personal experiences, Coscakes actively supports cancer-related causes and donates leftover food to homeless shelters at the end of each business day.
